Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturizer 1

Description

Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturizer 1 is the introductory moisturizer in the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™ and contains a low concentration of Vitamin A and Vitamin C, which enhances the overall appearance of the skin.

Ingredients

RETINYL ACETATE (Vitamin A) Vitamin A normalizes the skin cell function, including regulating oil production in the skin cell to help hydrate, regulating skin cell turn over, strengthening the stratum spinosum (the structural layer of the skin) and compacting the stratum cornium (the outermost layer of the skin), which improves the skin’s ability to retain moisture and block out damaging free radicals. Vitamin A is also a free radical scavenger, an ingredient that is especially active in protecting skin cells from these damaging molecules.

BETA CAROTENE is the plant form of Vitamin A, which provides excellent protection from free radicals and extremely beneficial in protecting skin against UVA damage.

ASCORBYL TETRAISOPALMITATE (Vitamin C) a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radials to protect the skin. Aides in the production of youthful collagen by strengthening amino acid chains that keep collagen strong. Influences melanin production resulting in more even distribution and less pigment formation.

TOCOPHERYL ACETATE (Vitamin E) Improves the skin’s natural moisturizIng factors, and nourishes the body skin, making the skin look plumper and firmer. Helps to quench free radicals, enhancing the effects of the skin’s natural sun protectors.

PANTHENOL (PRO-VITAMIN B5) helps to soothe and hydrate skin. Promotes wound healing, reduces inflammation and transepidermal water loss, all of which improve skin texture.

ROOIBOS (Aspalathus Linearis) LEAF EXTRACT a potent antioxidant that contains a substance which mimics the enzyme Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), an antioxidant that attacks free radicals and limits their damaging effects. Rooibos is especially helpful in soothing dryness and irritation in skin.

HONEYBUSH (Cyclopia Genistoides) LEAF EXTRACT an antioxidant that reduces damage to collagen fibers from UV B exposure, lessening the amount and depth of wrinkles. Honeybush provides antioxidant and photo-protective properties with daily use.

RESVERATROL (Polygonum Cuspidatum Extract) is beneficial for repair and prevention of damage in all skin types. It is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radical and oxidative stress, which damages skin cells and can cause visual signs of aging.

GREEN TEA EXTRACT (Epigallocatechin Gallate) is rich in polyphenols, including catechins. The most abundant and effective catechin in green tea is EGCG, which possess excellent antioxidant and skin-soothing, anti-inflammatory properties.

Recommended Use

After cleansing, and toning, if desired, apply 2 pumps of Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturizer 1 to face, neck and chest.

Intended for use twice daily, mornings and evenings.

Use a minimum of 2–3 bottles before progressing to the next level of the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™ which is Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturizer 2.
