Description

Alpha hydroxy cream contains a combination of fruit acids to gently exfoliate the skin, revealing a moisturized and hydrated looking complexion.

Ingredients

GLYCOLIC ACID an Alpha Hydroxy Acid, derived from sugar cane, throughly dissolves dead skin cells, improving skin’s texture and tone. Dissolving dead skin cells also improves clogging that may be one of the causes of acne. Since excess pigment is stored layers of dead skin, the removal of these layers can improve post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

LACTIC ACID an Alpha Hydroxy Acid, historically derived from milk, now synthetically produced. This acid helps to dissolve dead skin cells, speeding up cellular turnover and stimulating skin cell renewal. Lactic Acid also acts as a humectant to help skin cells retain water hydration and to improve the skin’s natural moisturizing factor. Improves pigmentation by inhibiting the production of excess tyrosinase enzymes that cause hyperpigmentation.

ALL INGREDIENTS

Aqua (Water), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Stearic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 40, Dimethicone, Ammonium Hydroxide, Lactic Acid, Xanthum Gum, Disodium EDTA

Recommended Use

After cleansing, and toning if desired, apply Alpha Hydroxy Night Cream. If your skin is dry or sensitive we recommend applying your recommended moisturizer after Alpha Hydroxy Cream.

Acids are stronger the thicker the layer that you apply, so we recommend applying a dime to a nickel sized amount of cream depending on your face size. Avoid applying to your neck if irritation occurs. Apply 1 – 2 times a week, only in the evening.

This product contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA’s) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. This exfoliant helps improve skin conditions caused by sun and environmental damage; we recommend wearing sunscreen everyday to preserve any improvements and keep skin cells safe and healthy.
