Cloud Cover is lightweight, broad spectrum SPF 35 that melts easily into skin and won't streak or melt off, even on the hottest summer day. A nourishing blend of sea kelp, glycerin, and aloe to help hydrate and soothe sun-drenched skin.
This SPF is just as kind to the Earth as it is to your skin, with plant-based, reef-safe ingredients and sustainable, recyclable packaging (PCR plastic tube + SFI-certified paper carton).
Like all Kinfield products, Cloud Cover is Made Safe for People + Planet™ and is proudly vegan, cruelty-free, Leaping Bunny certified, and formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, or synthetic fragrances. Cloud Cover is also free of phenoxyethanol, a commonly used preservative that has been shown to inhibit reef re-growth.
SEA KELP Instantly helps to moisturize and brighten, while also being a rich source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins and lipids for the skin.
ALOE VERA This soothing ingredient works to calm and hydrate skin. It is especially helpful any time when your skin might be exposed to the sun or other environmental stressors—making it a perfect choice for including in an SPF.
GLYCERIN A humectant and a moisturizing powerhouse. It deeply hydrates skin, while helping to reduce future moisture loss, and leaves behind a dewy finish.

We (and the FDA) recommend re-applying every two hours. However, if you’re swimming, surfing, or generally splashing around in water, then we recommend re-applying every 80 minutes or as soon as you dry off. Cloud Cover is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes.
