Description

Mānuka honey is a beautiful and rare resource with considerably higher levels of enzymes and antibacterial properties than found in other honey - but not all Mānuka is created equal. Activist Raw Mānuka Honey is independently tested and certified in New Zealand using the Methylglyoxal (MGO) grading system, which verifies that the Mānuka honey you are buying is authentic. The higher the MGO rating, the higher the level of antibacterial activity: Mānuka’s key differentiator.

MGO Certification is scientific, precise and leaves no room for misleading. Products claiming to be Mānuka honey but not showing an MGO or UMF rating are unlikely to be genuine.

Enjoy Activist Raw Mānuka honey 850+, backed by the MGO guarantee and certified to contain at least 850mg Methylglyoxal per kg, as part of an ongoing healthy and active lifestyle to support your overall wellbeing. Enjoy in tea, smoothies and other recipes, ingest on its own, or use as a face mask to hydrate, heal and kill bacteria.

Ingredients

100% Raw Mānuka Honey

Recommended Use

As a face mask, for hydration, to soothe irritation, or treat acne

Dampen your face lightly with lukewarm water to make the application easier.

Spread the Mānuka Honey all over your face with clean fingers or a damp fan brush. Let it sit for a minimum of 20 minutes, up to 1 hour. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. I even like to leave a little of the Mānuka Honey on my face to soak in overnight.

Apply this mask to your entire face once or twice per week for best results (or even every day), or to acne or irritated patches of skin, daily, until the condition subsides.

As a
face wash - simply apply Mānuka Honey and rinse the same way as a regular face cleanser.

To ingest - take a teaspoon of Mānuka Honey to soothe a sore throat, to ward off cold and flu, or use in a cup of tea of wellness tonic. Check out Activist’s Ayurvedic Turmeric tea recipe here.
